Carroll Station Updates

Carroll Station

Carroll Station Property LLC is the developer of a medium-density residential/retail project at 5800 Third Street and Carroll Avenue in San Franciscoís Bayview Hunters Point (BVHP) neighborhood. Located in the Health Center Activity Node of the proposed BVHP Redevelopment Projects and Zoning area, this project will include 341 spacious residential units in four new buildings with recessed residential parking for 365 cars. The unit mix will include a generous proportion of family-friendly one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. An attractive plaza with outdoor cafÈ seating will serve as a focal point, and 13,000 gross square feet of retail along Third Street will benefit both condominium and community residents. The project is adjacent to the Third Street Light Rail station at Carroll Street, which is slated for completion in 2006, making it an ideal location for travel to and from downtown.

This project will be the first major privately funded project to be developed consistent with the Communityís Concept Plan that was developed under the leadership of the Project Area Committee (PAC).
